Which delivery courier do you use?

All packages will be shipped either by Kerry, Thai Post, or our in-house delivery team.

What are the working days for Delivery Services?

Working days are subject to Monday to Friday. No deliveries will be made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

How to change my delivery address?

After you log in, you can go to 'My Account' and go to 'Address Book' to edit, add or remove your saved addresses. However, please be informed that we cannot change your delivery address after you placed an order. Please make sure to fill in the correct delivery address before checking out your shopping basket.

How can I return an item that I have purchased?

Please refer to our Returns and Exchange information page for the policy and how to return or exchange your order.
