How to create/register an account at ikonthailand.com?

To register an account, you will be asked to fill in your personal information including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and more. Please make sure that the information you put is correct.

I already activated my member but it was not successful. What should I do next?

I can't log on to my account, what should I do?

Please make sure that you have entered your registered email address and the correct password. If you need further assistance, please contact our Customer Service at 097-182-5785 or support@ikonthailand.com.

Can I change my payment information?

Once an order has been placed, you are unable to change your payment method. Please note that we do not store any of your payment information or payment card detail in our system.

How to update my personal information?

To update or change your personal information, please log in first and go to 'my account'. If you need further assistance, you may contact our Customer Service 097-182-5785 or support@ikonthailand.com.

How to change my delivery address?

After you log in, you can go to 'my account' and go to 'address book' to edit, add or remove your saved addresses. However, please be informed that we cannot change your delivery address after you place an order. Please make sure that you enter the correct delivery address before checking out your shopping basket.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

If this case happens, please reset your password by clicking on "Reset / Forget Your Password?" button as you sign in. We'll send you the instructions and link to reset your password by email.
