Returns & Exchanges Policy
**Please note that if you want to exchange items,
contact us via LINE@: @Birkenstockth to check the availability of the product you
wish to exchange before return the product to us**
How to Return:
• Customers may return the products to the company within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the products
• Such Products must not be used, the label and packaging shall not be torn or damaged.
• Customers may return the products to the company with the receipt.
• The company will issue a refund within 15 business days (depending on the payment bank) from the date of receipt of the Product, not counting Saturday-Sunday. And public holidays.
How to Exchange:
• You may return such products to the company within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the products
• Such Products must not be used, the label and packaging shall not be torn or damaged.
• You may return such products to the company with the receipt.
Remarks: *In the event that any damages to the merchandise are caused by brand,
we will be responsible for the expenses associated with the shipments of returned and replacement merchandise.
For all other cases, however, the expenses associated with the shipment of retuned will be at the expense of the customer.
